Back In february I had growe tired of the poor performing droimaxx I had warrentied onceore, and decided to try an IPhone 6. So on Feb. 5 2015 I go into a verizon retailer and make the switch. I then head off on a rad trip and have to suffer with the IPhone 6 inability to autorotate. I spend a day getting A1 frustrated with the IPhone 6 and go to return it. The retailer doers it, but is unable to return the 192.35 in CASH that I paid for it. So I talk with many different agents until one finally has to jump througth a weeks worth of hoops and finally credits my account the 192.35. Not cash that I paid, a credit (well at least I have my money back). Now I just get a bill saying the 192.35 credit has been reversed. Verizon do you plan on just stealing my money again???
This needs to be fixed and verizon you need to get my account in order! I hate verizon for this, what a pain...

Back In february I had grown tired of the poor performing droid ultra I had warranted once before, and decided to try an IPhone 6. So on Feb. 5 2015 I go into a verizon retailer and make the switch. I then head off on a road trip and have to suffer with the IPhone 6 inability to autorotate. I spend a day getting A1 frustrated with the IPhone 6 I go to return it. The retailer does it, but is unable to return the 192.35 in CASH that I paid for it (to edge up). So I talk with many different agents until one finally has to jump through a weeks worth of hoops and finally credits my account the 192.35. Not cash that I paid, a credit (well at least I have my money back). Now I just get a bill saying the 192.35 credit has been reversed. Verizon do you plan on just stealing my money??? again???
This needs to be fixed and verizon you need to get my account in order! I hate verizon for this, what a pain... The first time they wouldn't give me my money back the local retailer never did anything. They tried to have a check issued but never followed up. It wasn't until I called and finally got someone to help me. Now some person just decided to reverse a credit without notifying the customer? Not only has my phone never worked with the online system to upgrade because since I warrantied it verizons system wouldn't recognize it. Even after trying their online system to switch a phone it never worked. Many, many calls and chats with customer service net nothing.
Fixed the spelling on the earlier post.
The way initial return was at a Verizon authorized dealer. Eithercway Verizon has stolen 192.35 from me. Should I go the small claims route or issue a complaint via BBB?
It should have been returned to me on Feb 6th when I did the return.
Maybe you should be calling them and not trying to causally chat with them in a Customer to Customer forum
TThat's partially incorrect. Authorizes resellers do not issue credits aside from a company check unless they specify otherwise. The OP does however have to follow their format and needs to work with them.
Definitely the worst customer service ever ever and ever. Everytime I call their stupid customer service line, I get the cattle treatment, and I kid you not I stay on hold for over 60 minutes. fudging disgusting....
