So for the past month or two i been having the worst service ever. Im so sick and tired of it. I'm really thinking of switching services to t mobile. Its ridicoulus that supposibly i have the best network and my friends have cricket and att and they always have good serivce. I'm sick and tired of having to pay a high bill for cruddy service.
You should switch
If the quality of the service isn't working for you, you should find out which carriers your friends and neighbors use and decide if you should switch to a better carrier.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.
Then switch? Carriers aren't your utility companies, you have choices. Just because Verizon has great coverage in most places, it doesn't mean it's the strongest in every part of the country. Reps can't do anything about your coverage to make it better besides issuing a network extender.
Providing you with superior service is the number one priority here at Verizon Wireless. We are concerned to hear that you are having trouble with your service, but we will definitely look into this matter closer as we would never want to lose you. Can you please provide a zip code for the area? What is exactly happening with your service in this location? When did this issue begin?
