One of my contacts is locked - i can receive his texts but he can't receive mine - hoe do i unlock it?

We want to make sure you are able to get the messages from friends and family. As stated by Ann154 please make sure your number is not blocked on there end. Also, what kind of phone do you have? Does this only occur with their number?
