service dropping calls in Michigan, choppy service, anyone else having this?

all my phone has been dropping calls.    no idea.  customer servioce here is a joke.

 

any ideas on what and more importantluy, how to fix this?   my contract is up with verizon and won 't be staying with this going on.

annoyedafoververizone, we know how important it is to always have a reliable connection, especially while in the middle of a call. Let's take a look deeper into this to come to a resolution. Has this always been an issue or just a recent occurrence? Are you running into any problems with your texts or data?
