I see in the literature that Verizon will be waiving overage charges (if they fall between March 16 and May 13) for those affected by covid-19. I slid over my data limit (on March 21st) for my last billing cycle, how do I make certain I won’t be charged an overage? Thank you in advance to anyone who can assist me with this matter. Feeling awful about it, and can’t take the additional financial hit at the moment.

Thank you for your help. I’ve also gone ahead and changed my wireless plan to something a little cheaper, with a higher data allowance. This should prevent me from any future overages. Thank you again for assisting me with this, I appreciate it very much.
