My wife has an unusual problem with her LG Vortex with YouMail Visual Voicemail. If she is on an active call, others who call her say they cannot leave voicemail messages. They just keep hearing it ring. Anyone encountered this?

This is not a known issue with voicemails. We do not service YouMail Visual Voicemail; however, you may try removing the application and downloading it again. Additionally, ensure that call forwarding is disabled by dialing Dial *73, press send and wait for confirmation beeps, then end the call.
