I have no service at my home in zip#44139. I have tried to get help but no action. I'm assuming to go Google Fi. Does anyone hear me?

It has been for a year. I did phone troubleshootings even resetting the phone.
We definitely want to make sure that you are able to get a great connection. Are other devices in the area behaving similarly? *Peter
