Why don't I have service? My bill is payed up to date. I can only make emergency calls and calls only through Wi-Fi.

What model phone do you have, and when did this problem with your service begin? What is the city, state, and zip code of the problem location? Lastly, are you aware of any other Verizon Wireless users experiencing the same connection issue at this location or in the area?
