Order hasn't shipped

I purchased a phone and smartwatch a week ago. It was supposed to have two day shipping. The money pulled from my account and when I go to track the order it still hasn't shipped. I have contacted support four times about this. They tell me It will ship soon but they cant say why it hasn't shipped yet. I set it up to port my number. I need a phone. That was the point of TWO day shipping..

I’m having the same issue. I submitted my drivers license for verification but my order still says it hasn’t shipped yet and it’s already been a couple of days with no communication from Verizon on why it hasn’t even been shipped out yet.

Same issue here I ordered the meta quest 3 512gb through the verizon app on 1/9/24 and it said it would be here on the 11th but now on 1/27/24 it still hasnt shipped yet. Now it's showing that item is sold out and no one on the phone or chat support has been able to tell me when I'm getting my product that I already paid for.

I ordered a new phone because munr isn't working properly, I ordered it on 2/22/24 with 2 day shipping. It's now 2/25/24 and my order hasn't even shipped! I am paying way too much to Verizon for them not to send me my phones on time!

Yes the same happened to me. I submitted my id and things and never received a updated on it and my phone still hasn’t shipped to me and it should’ve arrived today

I am having the same issue. I have “chatted” with 5 different representatives. One of them guaranteed me that I would have my phone on 6/3/24.  It’s 6/4 and it still says my order has been processed and will ship soon.  Sydney from Verizon was the person I chatted with yesterday. She could not give me any answers as to what is taking so long to ship, just kept telling me to watch for an email with a tracking number or cancel my order and go to the store.  I didn’t want to have to take time out of my work day to go to the store. That’s why I ordered online. .  My husband has been without a phone for a week.  He uses it for work and this is a huge inconvenience.  A company as large as Verizon should do everything in their power to help their customers. I feel as though I’ve just been told what I want to hear so they don’t have to talk to me anymore or just sorry can’t help you…….go to the store.

I have the same problem I ordered an I phone 15 I've tried to link my account with my number and they say it's an error. I've contacted support 3 times all they can say is we see your order and it will be shipped soon... Like when though? I needed a phone yesterday... That's the whole point of 2 day shipping..... I try tracking it and it just tells me it's been ordered
