Why cant I see my report on how many text messages have been sent to various phone numbers?
I cant see the phone numbers that I have called as well!

Being able to manage your account and usage is essential and should be easy to access for each customer. Hearing that you are having some trouble reviewing your details is concerning but we are here to help. Have you ever been able to view your message and call detail history when signing into My Verizon? Are you trying to access this information via the app or via the website?

I already chatted online with an agent and they submitted a ticket and told me that it takes 3 to 5 days to get things resolved. I also told them that I only use my laptop for viewing my account. The call log and phone log are still not visible.
I just hope they can get this fixed promptly!
