Starting last week the google Phone app says voice mails are "unsupported message type". I can still call my number and go through those menus and listen but the app used to download them so I can see the list, listen with a tap, etc. I've updated Phone to the latest.

We deeply apologize for this experience on your phone with our service, Tcantcan. We are very sad to say, but when it comes to non-Verizon phones, our voicemail app would not work. It is possible for some non-Verizon phones to be able to use the app, but most of the time they cannot.
We would suggest calling your number to get your messages.
