I have activated my phone and the wifi and data both work perfectly but I cannot receive calls and can only receive texts from someone who texted me while the phone was getting activated. Is there a way I could fix it without having to go into a store?
I apologize that you’re off to a rough start with the new phone but I want to get your phone working, SHIVERZ727. I’m confident we can save a trip into the store. Can you please fill me in on more details about what happens when you try to place a call or what happens when someone calls you? What happens when others try to send you a text or if you try to send a text? Did you recently change from another provider or from an iPhone?
