BROKEN PHONE

My phone died in the middle of a phone call.  Won't turn on... I've tried everything.  Verizon store folk have tired.  My question is does Verizon (or 3rd party) provide a service to recover data (photos) from a dead phone?

Doesn't your phone back up to Google or Apple?  All my stuff backs up to Google besides it's stored on my memory card.  There are probably cell phone fix it places to recover stuff but probably expensive just like it is on computers for data recocery.   If you have a you break I fix in your area try them.  Had them fix a charging port once and they were very nice to work with.

I can only imagine what I would do if that happened to me, rkapfer. I see it has been a couple days since you posted it. Did you try the suggestions offered by acraftylady2?
