Basic visible voice mail

I have basic visible voicemail turned on and I can not  get it to show when I get a voice mail. I only get the voice mail.  What do I need to do in order to get visible?

Basic visual voicemail does not transcribe the messages into text if that is what you are talking about. It allows you to open the voicemail in the "Voice Mail" app where you can play or scrub through the message.

If you want more you have to subscribe to Premium Visual Voicemail.

sterling1320 , getting notified when you get voicemail messages is an important feature of your phone. Let’s work together to see what is causing this to occur. What’s the make/model of your phone? Have you used this feature on this phone in the past?
