My daughter DOES call her mother, but I never get the call. This has been going on for weeks now. We both have verizon accounts, I have a Samsung LGK4. I can call her, not problem. She's thinking I just won't take her calls. How do we resolve this?
I just checked settings, and I have NOT set her number to 'automatically go to voice mail'... I don't see any other settings that might block her.
Is she getting your voicemail or does it not go through at all? Is she dialing the full ten digit number?
