If you own or bought a chromebook from Verizon Wireless you need to check if you are running the latest version of Chrome OS for your device. I bought a Verizon Wireless Samsung Chromebook Plus LTE and it was saying it was up to date when it was not. I had to create USB Recovery Media in order to install the latest update for my device.
