Dead spot on touchscreen

4 mo old LG Vten  has a dead spot., near where I need to push the zero. What can. i do? Thank you!

If there is no other physical damage, you can have it replaced (with a refurbished unit) under the one year warranty.  Contact LG and go through them if they will do it.

If there is other physical damage, then it can be replaced via insurance if you carry it.  Otherwise it will not be a warranty replacement if there is physical damage - hard to determine if the damage caused the dead area of the screen.
