Does this device support Visual Voicemail?

Samsung J3 and it is on a normal 2 year contract plan.

It should support it. Do you see an app in the app drawer that say Voicemail?

I do not see that application, I searched for it for a long time last night. The only way to access voicemail is to dial 1 or *86 at the moment.

I searched a lot of forums and all told me to open the voicemail app, is there a place to download that?

Do you have the Samsung Galaxy J3 (prepaid model) or the Samsung Galaxy J3 V (postpaid model)? Apparently there is a difference. The prepaid model doesn't have the Visual Voicemail app, but the postpaid model does according to the user guides.
