Duplicate devices in my hotspot list

Greetings, Maybe you can help me with a problem? I get Duplicate devices in my hotspot list. So with 4Glte it limits the number of actual devices I can connect. I may have 5 devices connected but because of duplicates it looks like 10. I've seen this on my previous phone(Samsung Galaxy s3) and my current phone(LG V10).How can I fix this? Can you help?

We want you to be able to connect all the devices you can to your hotspot. I welcome the opportunity to assist with your inquiry. I just need a few more details. Are the duplicate entries also showing as connected to your hotspot? Are you able to remove the duplicate entries from within your device hotspot settings?
