Galaxy A50 factory reset on its own

In the past 10 days, my Samsung Galaxy A50 has done two factory resets.  The first time it happened the day of or one day after an update.  The second time was 9 days later.  Why is this happening and how can I stop it from happening again?

I can understand how frustrating this is for you. It seems that your device has something causing this. Have you tried to complete a reset on your own and not restore your personal data?
