Gallery and Google Photos

Hello - When I delete an image in Gallery, it seems that sometimes the deletion is synced to Google Photos and sometimes it isn't.  Is there a setting or something anyone might recommend fixing.  I'd like Gallery to be a mirror of what's in Google Photos.

blucas1, It makes sense that all your photos work in sync. Let's work on the best options for you. What model phone do you have? How are you backing up your content? Have you reached out to Google for support at 855-971-9123?
