HD Calling

My S20 updated yesterday and now HD calling is on and I can't turn It off like I used to be able to.  Can anyone help?  Did they make it so you can't turn it off now?

darkness975, thank you for reaching out to us and we are here for your support. Can you please confirm which Software Version your device has? Also, why are you trying to turn OFF HD Voice?

The most current software.  I always turn off HD Calling because myself and others have had issues with it not working with landlines and other phones that aren't HD capable or when I'm in an area that doesn't have good reception.
