How Do I Restore Normal Function To My Phone?

Will somebody please tell me how to get my phone back to it's normal function, Google did a diagnostic test and I can,t get my phone back to it's normal function.

What do you mean diagnostic test. What mode is it in? Is it in safety mode? What phone do you have?
