***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. There is usually a tape roll symbol in notification bar for basic voicemail. The Visual Voicemail might be different.

It can be quite a challenge to know if you have a voice mail without being notified, Reynboe. Let me help you with finding an easier way to see if you have a voice mail message. Thanks to our wonderful community member Ann154 for that excellent option. Which device are you using? When did you start noticing that you were not seeing a voice mail message? Share more details as we want to get this fixed as quickly as possible.
