Phone + USB cable + computer
Plug one end of USB cable that came with the phone into the phone. Plug the other end into the computer. Wait for the drivers to load. Open the file explorer on your computer and you should be able to access the phone. You can also refer to the specific instructions in the user manual for your phone available on the manufacturer's website or the Verizon Wireless website.
