Power down the device and turn device back on.

Let's get that phone to stop roaming, Getwestern2. If you go to Settings - More - Mobile Networks, You have options to change the network mode (System Select) and turn off Data Roaming Access. Also, here's support link for your awesome device. http://vz.to/1T6rOgJ
