How do I extend the ring time before going to V.M.?

It's set by the system at roughly 30 seconds and can't be changed; sometimes using a different ringtone helps.

RICJOH2, we know how important it is to provide a sufficient amount of time to be able to answer your phone. As tikibar1 and bearone21 have mentioned below, the system is automatically set to keep rings at 30 seconds. This is a change that we’re unable to make; however we’d still like to discuss alternative options for you.
