Powr down, remove SIM, replace, turn back on. Try that, and make sure slot is clean and card is not damaged. After that, I'd call Verizon from another phone.
Have you ever been able to make a call? Is this a new phone? A replacement? Have you received any OS updates recently?
I've had this phone for about 4 months. I was able to make a call very early this morning (7am) and now I can't. I haven't received any OS updated recently.
