We want your device to work flawlessly, Kristen123456. Have you even been able to make any video calls before? Are you receiving an error message? If so, what is the message? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?

Is the person you are calling also capable of making/receiving video calls?  Are they on Verizon with the HD calling feature activated?
