Inadvertent reset

I reset my phone while trying to get Google Play off. Not exactly sure what I did but all my pictures, apps, other settings are gone. What can I and how do I retrieve anything? Is it saved anywhere?

I'm afraid they are likely all gone. What exactly were you trying to remove from the phone?

You can't remove Google Play from the device. As Ann154​ stated, everything is likely gone. However, the Verizon Cloud app usually is enabled during the setup process of most Android Devices. You should try to look in the Verizon Cloud app pre-installed on your phone.
