Sounds like we have some work to do swhirly. I too have the gear s2 and love it. You should not be having this issue. What make/ model phone do you have? Is this a post pay or prepay account you have with us? Where are you seeing this message? Please provide us with additional details so we can further assist and activate your phone once again.

Hi Swhirly, not being able to sync up with your mobile number is a definite concern. Let's get them connected together. Have you turned on the Bluetooth feature on your Gear S? Here's a link to the steps http://tiny.cc/s3vmay and let me know if that helped.
