When I call people the person on the other end of the line can not hear me correctly. My voice is gabbled and broken and they hear an echo of their end of the conversion. I have called a couple of different people and they all say the same thing.

FIRELADY6528, I want you to have crystal clear calls. Let's look into this and get this fixed. When did this issue start? What zip code are you having this issue in? Do you know if other VZW users are having the same issue? Is your text and data working?

Look at your phone manual. Locate the speaker. It's anything obstructing it?

Download an audio recording application. Record your voice. Does it sound muffled? Maybe your microphone is defective.
