LG G3 won't stream music or video after update

After the Feb 21st update, my phone will not play video in facebook, youtube, other apps, or stream music through pandora, or radio via radio apps.  But I can still video chat via Facebook messenger.  Is there a way I can fix this? Very frustrating.

This issue is taking away some cool options for you. We will help you get them back. Were there any errors during the update? We will need some details as well on  . What happens when you try to play the videos in Facebook? When you use Youtube, is it th application or the browser? Thanks in advance.
