Why is my LG G5 always showing stuck in 3G mode? I never get 4G at all. What could be causing this? Thanks

What zip code are you in?
Is this device new to you? What device did you have before? Did you reuse the SIM card? Have you tried going to a Verizon store? I'm told all Verizon stores are in an area with 4G service.
