LG Intuition upgrade today...app issues, failure notifications constantly, Google Play broken, missing widgets...etc PLEASE FIX!!!

I upgrade my LG Intuition VS 950 today and now I'm getting constant app failure notifications, Google Play won't open, missing widgets, picture frame won't let me select a folder.  Probably a lot more but haven't played around with it too much.  Too many error messages.  Frustrated!  Please resolve.

I am having the same problem. Changed settings and Google is non responsive. Can't get into Play or gmail. Therefore, my contacts are messed up because I use gmail to sync. Very frustrating!!!

I now just discovered my email isn't working.  I lost all my contacts.  More frustrating, I my 'Gallery' app is gone meaning I lost all my pictures of my family.  I'm even more frustrated compared to when I originally posted!  GRRRRRR!

Email, camera, I lost all my pics. Don't call support they take everything you will lose all your contacts and pics if you haven't already. Call friday if LG probalems are not resolved we pick a new phone. This is crap, they said they would overnight me a phone but same issues...Wait a few days they get 2 days and then we get new phones. They have to deal with the problem...

If you plug in the cable to your phone and PC. 

Insert the microUSB end of the USB Cable into the microUSB port on the device.

• Insert the other end of the USB Cable into an available PC USB slot.
  
• On the device, drag down the Notifications bar.
• Tap the USB icon.
• Tap Media sync (MTP), even if it is already selected.
• On the computer, click the Start icon.
• Click Computer.
• Double click on the device.
• Click on the desired folder to view files.

Your pictures are in the Internal Storage, DCIM, Camera folders.

I have two LG Intutions and had the same problem with both devices, not only did the upgrade stop some of the apps from working but it deleted the CAMERA and all the pictures, CONTACTS, and other apps on the phone aren't even on the phone anymore. Google Play is not working and I'm unable to open up Gmail. Backup assistance is not working to retrieve anything and when i logged on to the verizon website to view the backed up data it was empty. This problem needs to be fixed immediately. VERY FRUSTRATED!!!!!!

I didn't realize it removed all my pictures. I hope they fix this. It's really ridiculous. Nothing is working yet.

I am having this same issue. If I click on Play or Gmail it blinks and closes down. All my contacts are lost. VERY irritated.

I am having the same issue, I do have air droid on there and loaded it up, all the original picture files are still there just no app  to get to them. I hope they fix this as well... it would sadden me to have to go back to my iphone.

Just spoke with customer service at Verizon. Tech Support said fix is to either 1) get replacement phone sent to me or 2) do hard reset.

Neither is a very good option, but don't see any way around it.

Should get replacement phone tomorrow. Will have to reload apps, etc and spend a day or more tweaking phone to get it to look like I want it to.

Hopefully Verizon backup should be able to restore some of my data.

My LG Intuition won't even go to the actual home page. It will get stuck on the boot screen and then reboot and then die out. I don't know what's going on, I have tried the factory reset and it still won't work.... I am frustrated because I lost all my data and my phone won't turn on properly!

Call customer support 800 922 0204 (from another phone).

They can send a replacement phone.

I'm peeved this "update" screwed my phone and husbands all my stuff is mixed up my husband's has no gallery meaning all pics gone deleted all his contacts and he has no camera this is bs we should have a choice for this update

I think you can get your pictures by connecting your phone to the computer and downloading them. I see that all my storage that was being used is still being used - there are just no apps to get to it. 

I'm about to call Verizon and figure out what to do next. Good luck everyone!

All your files are still there. Connect the phone to a pc and you can save everything manually.

Well darn. I was hoping it was just a glitch. Same issues here. Widgets completely missing, apps that were suppose to be removed did not get removed, apps missing. (I use Polaris Office throughout the day). This is extremely frustrating. If anything, just roll the update back to original! Cmon man! LG didn't become one of the largest names in electronics because of stupid releases like this! Fix it already!

Just got 2 texts that say "// F1 type=SAS;UI=1;CONT=0,60,0;"

What the heck does that mean?  and how do I get my pictures onto my pc?  I've got it connected, I go to pictures and it says there's nothing there.
