LG Stylo5 for $1 per Month

I purchased an LG Stylo5 for what I understood would be a $1 per month. The purchase took place through Verizon chat. In hind sight, this was a mistake since I had no way to prove the sale as I understood it to be. Instead of $1 per month, I am paying $10 per month for (24) months. Has anyone else have a similiar experience? If so, were you able to change your terms and conditions? Any help would be appreciated.

We want to make sure you get what you were offered, that is a big difference. Has it been over 14 days since the purchase. Was there a promotion that you needed to apply for? Did you reach back out to us, not in this community forum? DoloresK_VZW
