So we are on our 3rd LG phone to have an issue.  The LG v10 is stuck on the Lifes Good screen, basically a boot loop. This is the 2nd LG phone from verizon do do this. Any solution other than spending money on a new phone? With so much trouble with LG why is Verizon still selling them and why doesn't LG ever offer to or provide solutions?

LG has started offering a fix as well as an extended warranty on some phones. Have you contacted them?

I think he just wants to rant and say that Verizon should only give customers an option between expensive iPhones or expensive Samsungs.

He already has the choice. Those phones are already there. He chose to by the LG

It's disheartening to see you've been having so much trouble with your LG V10, PSD96. It's always our goal for you to have a fully functioning device so you can enjoy the network we work so hard to provide you. There are still plenty of things we can work on together to troubleshoot your existing device before throwing in the towel but as sprmankalel mentioned, LG may offer alternative warranty support options to V10 users that encounter the incomplete power on you described if you call 800-243-0000 to speak with an LG Specialist. I would like to ask you to try placing your phone in Safe Mode using the steps at https://www.verizonwireless.com/support/knowledge-base-200366/ to see if you're able to get past the LG screen you described, PSD96. Do you notice a difference? Also, do you recall accessing or downloading anything in particular before the LG screen began to occur on this phone? When you activated the LG V10 after experiencing this on the first one, can you tell me more about how you transferred your data to the new phone?
