LG v10 second screen - any updates in the works?

will the LG v10 have any more updates related to the second screen? The reason I ask is, we need control of brightness more than we do, at night its too dim. Also we need to have more options for when the main screen is on, such as showing the date and time, or maybe the last text message we received, etc. Just curious! Thanks
