LTE Network Extender phone not ringing, incoming calls going to voicemail

I have the same issue!!!!! (calls go to voice mail, no ring, no missed call message) when using LTE Extender.  This occurs with both Wifi calling on/off.  

My husband and I are both in our living room and try to call each other and our phones DO NOT RING.

We have spent hours troubleshooting with NO RESOLUTION. 

Verizon needs to find out why the LTE Extender sometimes rejects calls and sends them directly to voice mail.

SAME HERE!!! My husband and I can be in our living room and call each other but neither phone rings. SO frustrating!

What announcement do you hear when in your living room and dialing #48? Where is your network extender in proximity to your living room?
