***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Large jump in data usage / cannot check data usage

I have 6G data per month, and usually come in well below the cap. There has been a significant increase in my data usage, beginning two weeks ago.  When I check my data usage, for all the applications, it says "restricted". When I click on the individual apps, the data is 0.00, foreground and background.  What on earth is happening?

Which make and model device do you have? Were you verifying the data usage directly in your device? What do you see if you verify the data usage in My Verizon?
