Just letting anyone out there interested in buying the HTC m9 don't bother..we have 3 m9 on our account and there has been nothing but sister has had 3 m9 in the past few months with no problems being solved..they are dropped calls ..screen for going crazy without even touching it...voice mails not being received for days later...we even did a three way conversation with a Verizon specialist and an HTC specialist to find out they have severe software issues...we have had to clean out partions and factory resets..still having think twice about this phone...
