I've been having an issue for several months now, but it is very infrequent except for today. Today messages were jumbled up to a specific person 4 times. what happens is a new text will include characters from a text message that may have been sent months if not a year before. So far i only know of one person telling me this is happening with sms messages from me. No ones else has said they have issues or perhaps they think i cannot type.
i have the HTC One M8 with the 5.0.1 Android Version and the recipient has an older Droid Razr. I thought the problem was with my phone. I deleted all my old texts and have even reformatted my phone. On my phone, the text is intact, but if a screenshot is taken and sent back to me, it isn't even close to what was on my screen. I'm reading online that the problem seems to be in the receiving Droid, not the sender. Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a fix that you know of?
