I have been using a Nokia 7.1 for past couple weeks. I was using the phone without issue (roughly half a month) on Verizon until today. I recently had a software update for some security patch for Android 10, making the following in my Android about section of the System settings:
Andriod Version:
10
Android security patch level:
June 1, 2020
Google Play System Update
2020-05-01
Baseband version
MPSS.AT.3.1-00822_GEN_PACK-1.245278.1.262738.2
Kernel version
4.4.192-perf+#2 Fri Jun 12 00:21:18 CST 2020
Build Number:
00WW_4_15C_SP01

So I'm not entirely sure if the phone is at fault, or if it's something with Verizon.
I'm presently using my Lumia Icon as my main phone, as my Google Pixel has a battery issue.
I found a solution to my problem, being that it was something I thought I had done indirectly.
After using the built in Android setting to reset all the network settings (via the search), followed by restarting the phone, I could finally make calls/text
