Someone is trying to send me a long text message
But it's coming out of order and splited into 6 messages can anyone helps me to find out how to fix this problem
With large files, texting isn't an option. They are sent out as many text. You may have more options using the Verizon messaging+ app. It's what I use
If they start it as a MMS instead of a SMS, it should come as one long message. MMS needs a data connection to send or receive though.

Carolzai, receiving those messages in a jumble certainly leaves you trying to figure out a puzzle. As Ann154 mentioned, for that message to come as one, both phones would need Multimedia Messaging service and a data connection. With standard text messages, as there is a character limitation, those messages would be sent piece by piece. Ensure that your phone does have the Mobile Data set to on under the Apps, Settings,Data.
As a side note, does this happen with longer messages from other parties or just this one sender?
