Notifications not working on HTC One M9

I rebooted my HTC One M9 yesterday - nothing special, just a regular restart - and since then certain notifications are not working.  Some are, some aren't. Games like Phrase Wheel and Yahtzee With Buddies are not providing notifications, yet the notifications are turned on in-app, and phone settings are not blocking notifications.  Any idea why this would happen?

I am having the same problem. Not getting any gmail, google voice. I do seem to get text messages just fine.

Missing notifications is never a good thing JPRausch. This is odd to learn that some are working while others are not. Let’s see what we can find here. Are you missing the notification sound, icon, and LED notification? Are all your apps and software up to date?
