***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Ordered phones on 2/8/15 and have not received it yet...

I ordered phones for my family on 2/8/15. It is 2/18/15 and on the order status it says that they are still processing and that I should check back later. What is taking Verizon so long to ship the phones? Does it usually take this long for phones to come in?

It's imperative you receive your devices in a timely manner! Are these new devices or upgrades? Have you received any communication via text or e-mail?

Hello, thank you for the response. I have spoken to the customer care line and it looks like the order was cancelled because not all terms and agreement were accepted. I am going to reorder.

I just purchased a new house.  As I have worked there over the past 2 days I have realized that my iPhone 6 does quickly. The phone is constantly search for service and often bring up an error say cellular connection could not be established.  Is there a place to report the area? Just figuring out if we need to switch carriers.

Very southern part of 46131. I have the IPhone 6 my wife has the same issues with the 5+. Friends that have come over have the same issues with their phones. Friends that have AT&T have great service and no issues.

Thanks for those additional details.  The coverage map is showing solid coverage in 46131. Are you only experiencing these troubles indoors at this location? Does service improve outside of this location?  Signal indoors can be variable due to factors such as; building structure, terrain around the home, foliage, etc.  We may need to consider an in home Network Extender; http://vz.to/IHRT6h .

It is both inside and outside the home. We only moved 7 minutes south.

The reception at the previous house was great with no issues.

I've read the vzw's customer support comments. You may need to switch carriers.
