I'm trying to get my photos onto my computer having trouble
You should be able to connect the phone to the computer with the USB cable, pull down the notification shade and tap the Connected for Charging notification and change it to MTP if the phone has the Marshmallow operating system, let the drivers load, and then 'drag and drop' the files. What trouble are you encountering?
