Where do I go to turn my "Pop up Blocker" on and off?

I do know that pop-ups can be annoying and together we can figure this out. Please tell me what app you are using when it happens. Most apps will have pop-ups if you don't purchase an upgade.  DeloresK_VZW

My phone is the Samsung 7S Edge....not sure what app I was using.  Are you saying the control is within the app?
