***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. S7 Edge to IPhone 12 Pro Max/Move to IOS does not work/What now?

I am moving from Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge to IPhone 12 Pro Max.  In order to migrate data from Android to IOS, it is recommended to download and use the MOVE to IOS application.  For some reason, my S7 Edge continually disconnects from WiFi.  I have tried all of the fixes found on YouTube to no avail.

What is my next step?
