SIM Card PKU

Hey, y'all! I am trying to switch devices- from my old, worn out phone- to a used LG phone that my kids gave to me. When I put my already active Verizon SIM card into the LG phone, I am getting a message to enter the SIM PKU. Idk that #..Please help!!

CountryGal22, getting your old information switched to your new phone is key so getting it activated is surely the first step. Let's see how we can help. Where did the kids get the old LG phone from? Is this for Prepaid or Postpaid service?
